1. Introduction
Welcome to MOLTO. MOLTO is a trading name of Virgilio Guidi, a sole trader based in London, England. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at [www.justmolto.com] (the "Site") and the purchase of any products from MOLTO. By accessing this Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site.

3. Products & Information
We take great care to ensure that all descriptions, images, and pricing of our products on the Site are accurate. However, as our products are handmade, there may be slight variations in appearance. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in GBP (£). We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We accept payment via the methods provided at checkout.
5. Orders & Contract
When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. A contract between you and MOLTO is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product unavailability, errors in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
6. Shipping & Delivery
We ship to addresses within the UK. Delivery times provided are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to your address. Please ensure your shipping information is correct; we are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
7. Returns & Refunds
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the right to cancel an order within 14 days does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (regulation 28(1)(d)). As our products are perishable baked and dairy goods, this exemption applies to all orders placed through this Site. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for details regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect goods.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, text, designs, and images, is the property of MOLTO and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not use or reproduce our content without our express written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under English law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Protection Act 1987. Subject to the above, our liability to you for losses arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, is limited to the total amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms affects your other statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 in relation to products that are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, or as described.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
